Shipping:

Where does Melvita ship?
We only deliver to Singapore.

What are my delivery/shipping options?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. We aim to process your order within 12 hours. Any orders placed after 11am (GMT +08:00) will be processed the next business day.

Singapore:
Order value below SGD80 (3⁠-4 business days): Courier $6
Order value above SGD80 (3-4 business days): Free Courier

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I am having problems with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via contact.en-sg@melvita.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

How can I find out more information about a product?
You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. Here, you can get to know your skin better. In our product selections you’ll find a complete range of treatments adapted to your skin: cleansers, toners, scrubs, masks, moisturizers and make-up removers.

I'm pregnant, what products can I use?
As a precaution, we advise mothers to avoid using beauty products containing a large quantity of essential oils during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Hygiene products are less concerned by this recommendation as they are rinsed off after use. Generally speaking, Melvita care products contain few essential oils (apart from specific products for slimming, massage, legs or feet).

How long can I use a Melvita product for after I've opened it?

Are organic beauty products as effective as traditional cosmetics?
Yes, organic cosmetics use natural components, mostly from organic farming that are just as effective and objectivised as synthetic components. Many Melvita products have been proved to be effective in tests and have won awards in competitions designed for organic, natural and traditional cosmetics.

Exchange:

How do I make an exchange?
Please reach out to contact.en-sg@melvita.com with your order number and the products you would like to exchange.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we are sorry about that! Please contact us at contact.en-sg@melvita.com and we will be sure to get the item you ordered.

What is your refund policy?
All refund must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note your original shipping charges (SGD6) will not be refunded.

Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Email us at contact.en-sg@melvita.com and we will help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement.

When will my credit card be charged?
The charges will be deducted as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Order Questions:

How can I update my orders?
Please email us at contact.en-sg@melvita.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them, but we will try our best to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been placed. There will be a second email with shipping details that will be sent out once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at contact.en-sg@melvita.com.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code during checkout. If you have encountered two valid Melvita promo codes, please choose the one you want to use it more.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, orders can be sent as a gift. At the cart section before checkout, indicate the item is a gift. You can also enter a gift message under the order notes section. Orders can be delivered to an address in Singapore only.
